editing or rewriting of customer success stories about implementation
of Netscape's Web-based applications and Internet or enterprise software
by major companies.

Interviewed co-inventors of industry-standard technology, such as JavaScript
and LDAP, and wrote six profiles of published on Netscape's Web site
as the "Innovators
of the Net" series. Also substantive copyediting of "Intranet
Executive" guest columns.
Newsletter
editor, Cisco Systems,
San Jose, CA, August-December 1999. (Also see
Technical Editing.) Interim editor of CiscoLink channel
newsletter in Worldwide Partner Marketing Communications. Developed editorial
content and schedule, managed freelance writers and production of both
print and Web versions. Collaborated with graphic designer and Web site
producer, coordinated interdepartmental editorial board.

Juniper Networks,
Sunnyvale, CA, May 2001-December 2001. (Also see
Technical Editing.) Assigned to the Technical Marketing content
development group to work mainly on technical marketing white papers,
but also worked for Professional Services as well as Field, Product, and
Corporate Marketing frequently. For those marketing departments, I edited
Web site copy, newsletters, trade show brochures and e-mail promotional
messages for business audiences.
