Occupational and
Health Psychology

Judith is a member of the Health Psychology division of the American Psychological Association (APA) and subscribes to their Health Psychology journal. In 1997, she completed the Spirituality and Health seminar conducted by Harvard University Medical School's Division of Continuing Education, which increased the interest she already had in the health ramifications of psychology and spirituality.

She subscribes to the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology and the E-PsycSCAN: Applied Psychology online research service, which compiles journal reports on management and organizational psychology, as well as related topics. She completed all but two courses and her thesis for an MS in Educational Psychology with a vocational rehabilitation counseling emphasis before she had to discontinue her studies when her child died suddenly and unexpectedly. That led to the demise of her marriage, too (a rather common result of the death of a child, alas).
