Interviews

As a freelance journalist, Judith has conducted literally hundreds of telephone interviews. Many have been with nationally or even internationally known experts, physicians, scientists or lawyers. People of that stature are not only difficult to reach, but have neither time nor tolerance for anyone who requests several minutes of their over-scheduled time for an interview, then isn't prepared.

Judith always does her research and preparation before the interview. However, she has enough experience to know that some of the best information from any interview often comes from spontaneous comments by the expert or from questions that the interview itself brings up. So she stays flexible, rather than sticking rididly to a pre-determined list of questions, yet makes sure she respects the interviewee's time, too.
